1. What material is your jewelry made of?

 


Our jewelry is made of high-quality stainless steel (waterproof and plated with 18 or 14-karat gold), rhodium-plated or gold-plated 925 sterling silver, and genuine gold (333, 585, or 750). Our waterproof stainless steel jewelry is particularly popular – robust, durable, and ideal for everyday wear.


 

2. Is your jewelry waterproof?

 


Yes, our gold-plated stainless steel jewelry is 100% waterproof and exceptionally durable – thanks to the high-quality PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating. This process creates a particularly durable gold plating that is significantly more resistant to abrasion, water, sweat, and everyday wear and tear than conventional gold plating.

So you can wear it safely while showering, swimming, or washing your hands without the color fading or peeling. However, with silver or real gold jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with water as much as possible.


 

3. Is your stainless steel jewelry hypoallergenic?

 


Yes, our stainless steel is hypoallergenic, making it ideal for sensitive skin. It's also rust-proof and extremely resistant to external influences.


 

4. How do I best care for my jewelry?

 

 

  • Stainless steel: Simply wipe with a soft cloth – no special care required.

  • Silver: Store in a dry place and clean regularly with a silver polishing cloth. Avoid contact with water, perfume, or chemicals.

  • Gold-plated jewelry: Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth. To protect the gold plating, please remove it before exercising, showering, and sleeping.

Store your jewelry in a dry place, ideally in a jewelry box or cloth bag. It's best to store them individually to avoid scratches and discoloration. Please avoid direct sunlight and moisture.

8. Can I wear the jewelry while exercising?

 


For gold-plated jewelry (silver and stainless steel), we recommend removing it when exercising, as sweat and friction can wear away the gold plating. Pure stainless steel jewelry without a coating is resistant.


 

9. Do you offer a guarantee on your jewelry?

 


Yes, we offer a warranty against material and manufacturing defects. If your jewelry exhibits defects within the warranty period, please contact us with a photo and your order number. We'll be happy to assist you.
