2-year warranty – effective November 15, 2025
At Gavero, quality comes first. That’s why, starting November 15, 2025, we’re offering a 2-year voluntary warranty on all jewelry purchased on or after that date—in addition to your legal rights.
What does the warranty cover?
The 2-year warranty applies to:

Manufacturing and processing defects

Material defects beyond your control

Defective clasps or chains under normal use

Missing stones due to faulty workmanship

Overview of Materials
Gold-plated stainless steel (PVD coating)
Our gold-plated stainless steel pieces are finished with a high-quality, water- and scratch-resistant PVD coating.
It is particularly durable and colorfast.
The warranty does not cover any natural wear and tear of the gold plating caused by heavy friction or mechanical stress over an extended period of time.
925 sterling silver with gold plating
Gold-plated sterling silver is a soft precious metal with a thin layer of gold plating. Over time, this plating can wear off when exposed to moisture, sweat, cosmetics, or friction.
This is a normal characteristic of the material and does not constitute a warranty claim.
Pure gold (e.g., 333, 585, 750)
Solid gold jewelry is particularly durable. However, even this type of jewelry can show signs of wear and tear, such as scratches or small dents, from everyday use.
Such wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Natural wear and tear of the gold plating on stainless steel or silver

Oxidation or discoloration of silver

Scratches, dents, or dents caused by external factors

Damage caused by improper care, such as the use of harsh cleaning agents
