Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you’re not happy with a piece of jewelry, you can, of course, return it within 14 days of receipt —no questions asked.
Please note that personalized or custom-made products are excluded from return.
The same applies to our Gavero Mystery Boxes , as each box is individually and randomly assembled (Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code). We carefully note which pieces of jewelry you have already received so that you don’t receive duplicate items .
✨ Here’s how returns work:
- Please log in to your customer account and click on the product you wish to return, then select 'Return' and state the reason for the return. To the customer account login
- We will check your return request and then send you the return label.
- Print out the label, attach it to the parcel and hand it in to the parcel service provider within 2 weeks.
🌍 Returns from abroad
If you're placing your order from a country other than Germany or Austria ,
We ask that you return the item on your own and at your own expense .

💰 Refunds & Special Cases
1. Defective or faulty merchandise
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, we will, of course, arrange for a replacement or refund.
In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs (only after prior consultation). Please contact us in advance so that we can coordinate the return together.
2. Cancellation for other reasons
If you want to return a product because you don't like it or it doesn't meet your expectations, you can do so under the right of withdrawal.
In accordance with Section 357(6) of the German Civil Code (BGB), you are responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.
3. Returns from promotions
If you're participating in a promotion (e.g., 3 for 2 or Buy X, get Y free), the price benefit applies only as long as the offer conditions are met.
If you return individual items, the discount will be recalculated on a pro-rata basis and deducted from the refund amount.
If your order falls below the minimum purchase amount for a promotion, please also return the free item.
💎 Condition of the return
Please send your jewelry in original condition .
Items may only be tried on, but not worn. If products have been tested beyond what is reasonable, damaged, or show significant wear and tear, no refund will be issued.
Packaging instructions:
Please use the original packagingso that your jewelry arrives safely.

Chains should be threaded through the foam slots in the GAVERO case so they don’t get tangled.

Put the earrings back in their holders to prevent scratches.
As soon as we receive your package and we have quality check , you will receive your refund. Processing may take up to 10 business days .
⏰ Deadlines
If the 14-day return period has expired and you haven't arranged an individual extension with us, we will automatically return your package to you.

Our Mystery Boxes are true surprises—carefully curated just for you.
Since each box is unique and the contents are selected at random, no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
We make sure that you don’t receive duplicate pieces of jewelry — that way, every box remains something truly special.
