The dispatch to you always takes place as an insured consignment or as an insured package. You can also track your shipment with us at any time. We will send you an email with almost every shipment status. Please check your email inbox regularly.
Since this service depends on the transmission of the shipment data from our shipping service provider, we cannot always guarantee this service.

Express Shipping:
Within Germany we offer you the option of express shipping with UPS. This costs €7.70. In order to be able to expect to receive your package* on the next working day, you must have ordered by 11 a.m. on the previous working day* at the latest.
Customs service:
All orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU and Switzerland. Outside the EU, however, these may apply. Please note that there are different regulations on customs or import sales tax depending on the country.
These fees go 100% to the customs of the respective receiving country & must be borne by you refuse, the fees will still be charged. These will then be deducted from the credit note in the event of a return by UPS or DHL.
