Express delivery: 

Within Germany, we offer you the option of express shipping with UPS. This costs €9.00. In order to receive your parcel on the next working day*, you must have ordered by 11 a.m. on the previous working day* at the latest.

Customs costs:

All orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU and or import taxes. However, these may apply outside the EU.

Please note that there are different regulations on customs or import sales tax depending on the country.  
These fees go 100% to the customs of the respective receiving country & must be paid by you. 
If you refuse to accept the parcel, the fees will still be charged. These will then be deducted from the credit note in the event of a return shipment by UPS or DHL.
