Ebenso gilt für unsere Gavero Mystery Boxen kein Widerrufsrecht, da jede Box individuell und zufällig zusammengestellt wird (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). Wir notieren dabei sorgfältig, welche Schmuckstücke du bereits erhalten hast, damit du keine doppelten Artikel bekommst.

2. We will check your return request and then send you the return label. 
3. Print out the label, attach it to the parcel and hand it in to the parcel service provider within 2 weeks.

💰 Erstattung & Sonderfälle

1. Defekte oder fehlerhafte Ware

Sollte dein Schmuckstück beschädigt oder fehlerhaft bei dir ankommen, kümmern wir uns selbstverständlich um Ersatz oder Rückerstattung.

In diesem Fall übernehmen wir die Rücksendekosten (nur nach vorheriger Absprache). Bitte kontaktiere uns vorab, damit wir die Rücksendung gemeinsam koordinieren können.

2. Widerruf aus anderen Gründen

Wenn du ein Produkt zurücksenden möchtest, weil es dir nicht gefällt oder nicht deinen Erwartungen entspricht, geschieht dies im Rahmen des Widerrufsrechts.

Gemäß § 357 Abs. 6 BGB trägst du in diesem Fall die Rücksendekosten selbst.

3. Rücksendung aus Aktionen

Wenn du bei einer Aktion (z. B. 3 für 2 oder Kaufe X, erhalte Y gratis) teilgenommen hast, gilt der Preisvorteil nur, solange die Angebotsbedingungen erfüllt bleiben.

Bei Rücksendung einzelner Artikel wird der Rabatt entsprechend anteilig neu berechnet und vom Erstattungsbetrag abgezogen.

Fällt deine Bestellung durch die Rücksendung unter den Mindesteinkaufswert einer Aktion, sende bitte auch den Gratisartikel mit zurück.

 

💎 Zustand der Rücksendung

Bitte sende deine Schmuckstücke im Originalzustand zurück.

Die Artikel dürfen nur anprobiert, aber nicht getragen sein. Wenn Produkte über das übliche Maß hinaus getestet, beschädigt oder stark abgenutzt sind, kann keine Rückerstattung erfolgen.

Verpackungshinweis:

Verwende bitte nach Möglichkeit die Originalverpackung, damit dein Schmuck sicher bei uns ankommt.

• Ketten sollten in den dafür vorgesehenen Schaumstoffschlitzen der GAVERO-Schatulle befestigt sein, damit sie sich nicht verfangen.

• Stecke Ohrringe wieder in die vorgesehene Halterung, um Kratzer zu vermeiden.

Sobald dein Paket bei uns eingetroffen ist und wir den Qualitätscheck durchgeführt haben, erhältst du deine Rückzahlung. Die Bearbeitung kann bis zu 10 Werktage dauern.

Our sterling silver is either rhodium-plated or gold-plated with 18 carat gold. Rhodium-plated silver protects against tarnishing and retains its beautiful shine. Gold-plated silver offers you the luxurious look of gold at an affordable price.

Real gold

We offer jewelry made of real 333, 585 and 750 gold. The higher the gold content, the more valuable and softer the material. Gold jewelry radiates elegance and durability.

Our waterproof stainless steel jewelry is particularly popular – robust, durable, and ideal for everyday wear.

 

2. Is your jewelry waterproof?

 

Yes, our gold-plated stainless steel jewelry is 100% waterproof and exceptionally durable – thanks to the high-quality PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating. This process creates a particularly durable gold plating that is significantly more resistant to abrasion, water, sweat, and everyday wear and tear than conventional gold plating.

So you can wear it safely while showering, swimming, or washing your hands without the color fading or peeling. However, with silver or real gold jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with water as much as possible.

Yes, we offer a warranty against material and manufacturing defects. If your jewelry exhibits defects within the warranty period, please contact us with a photo and your order number. We'll be happy to assist you.

 

10. Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

 

Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt – provided the jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service.
